Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy uses skilled and sophisticated hands-on movements to diagnose and treat soft tissues and joint structures. The therapist would palpate  and assess for movements in your joints , muscles and tissues in order to diagnose injuries, reduce pain and promote proper healing.

Taping

A common method used to prevent injury, especially among athletes. This method uses a athletic tape to keep the muscles/bones in a certain position so that the body can heal faster.
