Known affectionately as "Magic Mon" by her loyal clients, she has a remarkable ability to uncover even the most hidden knots and release them with precision. Monica listens to both you and your body, adjusting her technique and pressure to match your unique needs each time you see her.

During her employment in one of the largest private physiotherapy groups in Singapore, Monica led her team of sports massage therapists while also mentoring new physiotherapists in the advance techniques of manual therapy to her best knowledge and experience.

Always committed to upgrading her skills, Monica blends various techniques she’s mastered into her signature treatment, MonTouch. This personalised approach is tailored specifically to each client, whether you're a professional athlete, an overworked individual (both mentally and physically), or a weekend warrior looking to unwind. Monica specialises in alleviating tension around the neck and shoulders, easing lower back aches, and releasing hip stiffness – she's the expert in melting away your discomforts.
